來源 1988年,F143從NIH引進到京都大學醫學院附屬動物實驗設施。 
特徵約 10-20% 的 ACI 大鼠出現單一腎(unilateral renal agenesis)、發育不全(hypoplasia)或囊性腎水腫(cystic hydronephrosis)。
受影響的個體表現出雌性同側子宮角缺失(ipsilateral uterine horn),雄性睪丸缺失或發育不全。
繁殖狀態 兄妹交配。良好的繁殖性,但在極少數情況下,由於單側子宮角缺陷,後代數量較少。
